June 15, 2006 - NeoNexus presents at Battelle Conference in Monterey, CA

NeoNexus Corporation was an exhibitor at the Fifth International Conference on Remediation of Chlorinated and Recalcitrant Compounds which was sponsored and organized by Battelle. Co-sponsors include other leading organizations that are active in site remediation research and application. First held in 1998, the International Conference on Remediation of Chlorinated and Recalcitrant Compounds has become one of the world's leading environmental remediation conferences.

Attendees include nearly every major environmental consulting firm in the US, Fortune 500 companies, and many government agencies including the US Department of the Navy, Federal EPA, California Department of Environmental Protection, and Los Alamos National Laboratories.

The focus is on environmental issues that require years and even decades to address, many of which have price tags approaching $50 million or more. These type of issues require large volumes of data to be collected, analyzed, and reported, and NeoNexus was there to present how its web based and PDA software tools can help reduce the cost and speed up the data processing to near real time.

The coins were a big hit, with people stopping by every afternoon for a caffeine/sugar pick-me up.
