Hardware and Networking

NeoNexus personnel are experts at software development and implementation. To many of you, this means "computer experts", so we often get asked to assist customers with broken hardware, printer problems, "why won't my software work" problems, and all sorts of hardware, network, security, and Windows issues.

NeoNexus does NOT do hardware; software is our niche, and we like it that way. However, we have developed relationships with hardware and networking companies to assist our customers in finding computer support companies that are both reliable and do quality work. Since we do know computer technology, we are better positioned to assess their skills, so recommendations from us are not given lightly. We have worked (and used) the companies we recommend.
