Drivers who haven’t had a chance to meet the friendly and family-oriented team at Atlantic Car Care will now have a new way to get to know them; and their reputation. They have also implemented a blog for Atlantic Car Care team to keep in contact with their customers and let them know of upcoming events and specials. NeoNexus was able to incorporate an interactive online car service called “My Car,” which allows a customer to log in to the website and see the progress of their car, if it is being worked on. They can also check the history of their service, schedule appointments, and get email reminders about upcoming coupons and specials. When starting design of this website, Atlantic Car Care owner Mike Moore mentioned that he wanted to focus on having a website that was easy to navigate, reflected his unique story and focus on dedicated car service and repair, as well as to have something unique. This desire brought the team at NeoNexus to develop “My Car.”
With the addition of www.atlanticcarcare.com, the service that Atlantic Car Care provides to their customers has now been expanded to include online interactive tools, helping to bring service directly into the customer’s home.
