NeoNexus is a 21st century lifestyle company; to explain that, we want to tell you a story.
One of the first really big corporations was Andrew Carnegie's steel company. In the late 1800's when Carnegie was growing into a huge corporation, he was breaking new ground. The only organization that handled as many people as he did was the military, so Carnegie modeled much of his management organization after the military structure. Other companies followed suit, and before you knew it, the mainstream 20th century management philosophy being implemented was based on how the military managed its armies. But you can't fundamentally manage civilians the same way you manage soldiers, and that command and control management style has plagued companies throughout the 20th century.
NeoNexus' management philosophy is radically different. Our employee focus is on getting the job done without telling people how to get it done. We don't care what hours you work, whether you work from home or an office, what you wear, whether you work full time or part time, or whether you have 30 years or 30 days of experience. If you have a skill we can leverage AND have a good work ethic, we will try to find a way to work together that provides maximum value to both parties. Kent Milholland
- President - NeoNexus Corporation
Kent Milholland is the President of NeoNexus. In a "past life" Mr. Milholland worked for a Fortune 500 company for 12 years. He was a key member of a highly successful group that saved the company over $100 million in cleanup costs. His experience includes managing remediation projects under a CERCLA Superfund Order, managing a laboratory program that collected 125,000 samples over 7 years, and constructing enterprise web applications. The environmental web application he architected saved his company $80,000 per month in data management costs.
Mr. Milholland also worked in consulting for two years prior to forming NeoNexus. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a pseudo MBA from the School of Hard Knocks. He is an active participant in Advantage Valley's Entrepreneurial League System.

Louise Ellis is the primary web design project manager, and also the customer contact for the NorthEast Region. She can put a web design together at lightning speed, and is also one of our flash animation experts. She was a standup comedian in a former life, so prepare to be entertained while getting great customer service along the way.
