NeoNexus recently helped Oak Bark Corporation (http://www.oak-bark.com/) revamp integrating their Order Entry system with their Accounting system.

This is a common problem with LOTS of businesses.  All businesses needs some type of accounting system (Quickbooks, Peachtree, NetSuite…the list is long).  Most businesses also have other systems to help with processing their operational data.

Oak Bark had two systems and needed assistance with getting them to work together.  Without the integration, they were manually moving data from one system to another, which slows down their payment (cash flow issues) and causes employees to inefficiently retype data that exists digitally elsewhere.  Now, the link between the two systems makes their lives a lot easier, and saves them money in the process.

The Wilmington Safety School is a non-profit organization that provides training services for Cape Fear area industry such as GE Nuclear, Corning, and other manufacturing facilities.

After challenges with previous software vendors, WSS turned to NeoNexus for a new website and training database system.  The new website will not only contain information about upcoming training events, it will also have a backend database that manages attendee registration for their annual conference, exhibitor registration, sponsors, and you can sign up for the annual golf tournament.

One website system is going to replace at least three different existing systems, so the members can go to one spot to manage all their data.
